Overall, this complex has been a good place to live. Sometimes the maintenance requests take a little bit longer than I would like, but they do eventually get it done. The quality of the apartments are excellent. The secured parking is a plus. As a pet owner, I enjoy access to the large dog run without having to go out into the weather. I live in the 55 and older building and things are pretty calm and quiet. I would definitely recommend this place.

I've known of this complex for YEARS since i have family that lives there. Jocelyn has been so kinda and very straight forward. I love how everyone I've met that either works there or lives there is so kind. Taylor and Amelia i believe are the leasing agents and they're so damn sweet. I love how professional the office space feels and seeing that they will drop anything to help whoever walks through these doors. I'd highly recommend checking this place out. They accommodate so well for residents and always show respect for me and my family. I've only heard good things about this place (of course there is always residents that suck from time to time) but it's worth at least checking out. ✔️

Christina and Jozlyn are great , Christina is new in the office and you can tell she really cares about people here , and they are great to work with here iv been here for a long time and I love it here . You have to be careful and use common sense like everywhere in the valley , but for the most part it’s safe here . Very centrally located The apartments are beautiful!

I have moved here in the being of April and I absolutely love being here. Haven’t been to the pool yet due to Covid. Have met other residents that are kind and friendly, the stuff are awesome willing to help with anything that needs to be done. Not a whole lot of noise, spacious, clean, beside some of the residents that don’t know how to use the garbage shoot and likes to throw all their garbage out in the cans in the parking Garage where it can be gross. I have to give appreciation to the maintenance people that take care of that part. it’s rude that there are residence that don’t have no consideration where they live. Besides that over all it’s one of the best places to live. Would recommend it.

There's a work out room, computer room, covered garage, and heated pool. The maintenance staff is amazing (especially Jonny)! They are always there with a smile to help fix a problem! The down fall is there is no designated visitor parking lot/ area,and there very little visitor parking and it is curbside street parking. Another downfall is when i lived here the fire alarm was always going off at all hours of the night. Just be careful and make sure you take the steps you need to when moving out or they will charge you nickel and dime for everything you do wrong.

I’ve lived here for almost 5 years. There’s obviously going to be some issues, but that’s the case with any apartment complex. For the most part I love living here. It’s super convenient to the freeway and to a trax station. I absolutely loved the management team when I first moved in. Katie and Jessica were awesome. They’ve had some changes in management, but I haven’t really had any problems. I do agree with other comments that Maintenence requests are better done in person. But the maintenance team itself is awesome. They are all really friendly. Jonny in particular always has jerky in his pocket for the dogs that live here. My dog adores him lol. The Maintenence staff does an excellent job of keeping the property well maintained. It’s always clean, and the outside always looks on point. My only complaints are that the walls are on the thin side, so I can hear my neighbors more than I’d like to. But again, it’s an apartment so you can’t expect absolute silence. Also the fire alarm goes off more than it probably should. Most of the time it’s because someone burned something while cooking and opened their door to the interior hallway, so it sets off the alarm for the entire building. Having to evacuate with a tiny shivering dog every month or so isn’t the funnest thing in the world. But all in all, I’d definitely recommend this place. It’s in a great location, well maintained, and pretty well sized for the price.

I am in the process of renewing my lease for a 4th time. The size and amenities are hard to beat. I don't know what people are talking about when they say the place is small! The complex is well maintained and the maintenance guys are seriously the best!! I have looked elsewhere, and each year I decide to renew. This place has a lot to offer and the neighborhood is slowly getting better. There are some cons: the fire alarm every month is annoying. There are always crazies at every complex, most of the people here are friendly though. I have found that any request for maintenance has to be done in person. If you leave a message or talk to someone over the phone, the work usually doesn't happen. (I get it, they're busy and some things fall through the cracks. It's not a deal breaker for me since the building is so close and they stay open until 6). The verification process is a different story, and makes me almost not renew every year. No one seems to know the process and usually someone gives me incorrect information. Thankfully there's always at least one person who is able to make sure that everything gets done.

The staff here at Birkhill are amazing!!! Had pest control come same day i told them i saw a creepy in my apartment. Jackie is super friendly and goes out of her way to make you feel welcome! My husband and I are so happy to be living here and would recommend it to anyone thinking of living here!

Beautiful looking building. The swimming pool, gym, and basketball courts are great. Excellent maintenance as well! Maintenance (John and others) are always on top of their duty. Noise is not a problem, and safety is not a concern as well. The manager Kati C. is very honest and hospitable. She manages the diversity and class of the residents very well. Great place to live!

I have lived at Birkhill for a little over a year now, and I have been nothing but impressed with the place. The original management wasn't ideal, but the new team in the office is spectacular, going totally above and beyond to help ensure the residents have good experiences. The apartments are beautiful and well maintained, there is covered parking that is upgraded regularly to ensure optimum security and the bonus facilities (pool, gym, play park, fire pit, basketball, BBQs, etc) are kept to the same high standard. I have yet to see any trouble at the complex, generally other residents are friendly and courteous. You can occasionally hear your neighbors (we have a baby above us) but no more than would be expected in an apartment complex, and it is for the most part a quiet, comfortable place to live. Proximity to the Trax station is a major plus, though if you are 100% relying on public transport to get around, note that there aren't too many shops in the vicinity. There has been ongoing construction while we have lived there (adding additional homes to the complex) and this has caused no inconvenience whatsoever. I want to iterate again how helpful the office staff are, particularly Katie, and how much they will go above and beyond to take care of their residents. I have rarely seen such high standards or levels of customer service. We feel lucky to live at Birkhill and would confidently recommend this complex to anyone.
